ICMR raises red flags as zika virus cases increase with onset monsoon.

New Delhi: Scientists from the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) are urging state governments to increase testing for Zika virus infection. They are also recommending that patients who test negative for dengue and chikungunya fever, but still exhibit symptoms, be tested for Zika virus as well.
