The Mumbai Division of Central Railway declared a ‘Mega Block’ on its suburban lines on July 7 for engineering and maintenance activities. Check here for cancelled, diverted, and affected routes.
In light of engineering and maintenance work, the Central Railway of the Mumbai Division has stated that it will implement a “Mega Block” on its suburban portions on July 7 between Thane and Diva from 10:50 am to 03:20 pm.
Following repairs on the Mumbai Division’s fifth and sixth lines, the following detours are in effect:
The DN fast/semi-fast locals will be diverted on the DOWN slow line between Thane and Kalyan stations in order to go from Badlapur (CSMT Dep. 9:46 am) to Asangaon (CSMT Dep. 2:42 pm). In addition to their regularly planned stops, they will also make stops at Diva, Mumbra, and Kalva stations. It is anticipated that they will arrive at their destinations ten minutes later than intended.
The UP Slow line will be used to reroute UP fast/semi fast locals from Ambernath, which leaves Kalyan at 10:28 am, to Badlapur, which leaves Kalyan at 3:17 pm. They will not only make their regularly planned stops, but also extra stops at Diva, Mumbra, and Kalva stations. They will then be diverted onto the UP Fast line at Thane station, and it is anticipated that they will arrive at their destinations ten minutes later than planned.
There is a diversion on the UP Fast line between Kalyan and Thane stations, which will cause UP Mail/Express trains to arrive at their destination 10 to 15 minutes later than planned.
Train numbers 12140, 22160, and 22226 represent Nagpur-CSMT Sevagram Express, Chennai-CSMT Express, and Solapur-CSMT Vande Bharat Express, respectively. Train number 12321 Banaras-LTT Superfast Express; Train number 12812 Hatia-LTT Express; Train number 11014 Coimbatore-LTT Express; Train number 12142 Patliputra-LTT Express.
Train numbers 11080, 1160, and 12164 are for the Gorakhpur-LTT Express, Chhapra-LTT Express, Chennai-LTT Superfast Express, and Agra Cantt-LTT Lashkar Express trains.
There will be a 10- to 15-minute delay for the DOWN Mail/Express trains that follow as they are diverted on the DOWN Fast line between Thane and Kalyan stations.
11055 LTT-Gorakhpur Express, 11061 LTT-Jaynagar Express, 17222 LTT-Kakinada Express, 11071 LTT-Ballia Kamayani Express, and 13202 LTT-Patna Express are the train numbers.
Services canceled
Following the completion of repairs, the following services have been discontinued:
MEMU no. 01339 Vasai Road-Diva, which was supposed to leave Vasai Road at 9:50 am, would stop operating when it reaches Kopar station at 10:31 am on time.
MEMU number 01341 Vasai Road-Diva, which was supposed to leave Vasai Road at 12:55 p.m., will stop operating when it reaches Kopar station at 1:37 p.m. on time.
